Turf Cricket Scorer is an offline-first cricket scoring app. The app lets users score matches, save match history on the device, optionally back up to Google Drive, and export match reports, scorecards, SRT subtitles, and ASS subtitle files.

Data Collection

Turf Cricket Scorer does not sell user data, use ads, use analytics, or send match data to the developer. If the user chooses Google Drive backup, backup data is sent to the user's own Google Drive app data storage.

Local Data

The app stores match data locally on the user's device. This may include team names, player names, scores, match events, timers, and exported files created by the user.

If the user connects Google Drive, the app also stores limited Google account details on the device so it can show and reuse the selected backup account. This may include the Google account email address, display name, account identifier, and profile photo URL returned by Google.

Local match data and Google account details stay on the user's device unless the user chooses to share an exported file using Android's share sheet or chooses optional Google Drive backup.

Permissions and Network Access

Turf Cricket Scorer does not require account sign-in for scoring and does not use ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs. Internet access is used only for optional Google Drive backup and restore actions started by the user.

Google Drive backup uses the Google Drive app data folder scope. The app creates, lists, downloads, and deletes only its own backup files in that hidden app data folder, and does not browse the user's regular Google Drive files.

User Control

Users can remove locally saved match history from inside the app. Exported files can be deleted using the device's file manager or any app the user used to save or share them.

Users can disconnect Google Drive from inside the app, which clears the locally saved Google account details and backup status from the device.
